Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

1. Booking and confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed once we've received the agreed advance payment and sent written confirmation to your travel designer. Quoted rates apply to the dates in your itinerary and remain subject to availability at the point of confirmation.

2. Payment terms

  • Trips within India: 30% due on confirmation, the rest 15 days before you leave.
  • Trips abroad: 40% due on confirmation, the rest 30 days before you leave.
  • Peak-season travel, cruises and long-haul journeys may need full payment earlier than usual.

3. Cancelling and refunds

What you're charged for cancelling depends on the airline, hotel and ground operator policies in force at that time, and we'll confirm these in writing before anything is processed. Fees for visas, insurance and payment gateways cannot be refunded.

4. Travel documents and visas

It's on the traveller to hold a passport valid for at least six months, any necessary visas and required vaccinations. We're glad to help with visa paperwork, though we can't promise an application will be approved.

5. Changes to the itinerary

Weather, political events or on-ground circumstances can occasionally require a change of plan. Where this happens, we'll offer the nearest suitable alternative at no extra charge, depending on what's available locally.

6. Where our responsibility ends

Signatures Holidays arranges bookings between travellers and outside service providers — airlines, hotels, transport companies and ground operators. We can't be held responsible for delays, accidents or losses caused by those providers, or by anything outside our control. We strongly recommend taking out full travel insurance for every trip.

7. If something goes wrong

We take complaints seriously. Write to contact@signaturesholidays.com within 15 days of returning home, and we'll look into it and get back to you within 7 working days. You can read more about our team on the About page.
