07How it works

Booked by people, not a checkout page

  1. STEP 01

Tell us the shape of it

Dates, who's travelling, the pace you like. Ten minutes on a call is usually enough.

  2. STEP 02

    We draft the route

A costed, day-wise plan lands with you inside 24 hours — yours to pull apart.

  3. STEP 03

    Refine until it fits

Swap hotels, stretch a leg, add a day. We revise as many times as it takes.

  4. STEP 04

    Travel, fully held

Vouchers, a named planner on WhatsApp and ground teams briefed before you land.

Transparent pricing

Line-by-line quotes, no mark-ups added later.

One planner, start to finish

The same person from first call to homecoming.

08Trip intelligence

The things worth knowing first

When to go

April to October — dry season with sunshine and low humidity. December–March has occasional showers but lush greenery.

Before you pack

  • Modest dress required at all temples — sarong and sash are provided at the entrance
  • Cheeky macaques at Uluwatu, Ubud Monkey Forest and Sangeh will grab sunglasses, phones and hats — secure loose items
  • Currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) — ATMs are widely available; carry small notes for markets and warungs
  • Bali is Hindu-majority — Nyepi (day of silence, usually March) shuts the island for 24 hours including the airport
  • Left-hand drive; Grab and Gojek ride-hailing apps work well for short hops within Seminyak/Ubud
  • Reef-safe sunscreen strongly encouraged when snorkelling at Nusa islands or Menjangan

09Questions

Asked often

Something not covered here? Message us and a planner will answer personally.

Yes, but it's simple — Indian passport holders get a Visa on Arrival for 30 days, paid in cash or by card at Denpasar airport. Your passport needs six months' validity and two blank pages, and the visa can be extended once for another 30 days at the local immigration office.

Bali is one of Asia's top honeymoon destinations — private-pool villas in Ubud's rice fields, cliffside sunset dinners at Rock Bar Ayana, floating breakfasts and couples' spa treatments are standard. We upgrade any base package with honeymoon perks (flowers, cake, sparkling wine, room decoration) at no extra cost.

Warm and tropical throughout (26–32°C). April to October is the dry season with sunshine and low humidity — the sweet spot. November to March is the green season with short, sharp afternoon showers but rarely full-day rain and dramatically discounted rates.

Absolutely — a 1-day Nusa Penida boat trip (Kelingking, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach) or a 2–3 night Gili Trawangan / Gili Air extension are our most-added upgrades. Just share your interest with your curator.

Very — the base itinerary works well for families with children over 6. We can add Waterbom Bali (Southeast Asia's top waterpark), Bali Safari & Marine Park, Bali Zoo elephant washing and quad-biking in Ubud for kids' interest.

Bottled water only — never tap. Reputable warungs and restaurants are safe; we recommend easing into street food gradually. All our included meals are at vetted restaurants. Travel insurance with medical cover is strongly advised.
