Signatures Holidays is a boutique travel planning studio in Bengaluru, building trips at home and abroad for solo travellers, families and groups. This page sets out what we gather when you use our website or speak with our travel designers, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us through enquiry, callback or newsletter forms — your name, phone number, email, destination of interest and travel dates.
• Information needed to finalise a booking — passport information, date of birth and traveller preferences, used for tickets, visas and hotel confirmations.
• General site-usage data, such as which pages you view and the device you're on, used only to make the website work better.

3. How we put it to use

We use what you share to answer your enquiry, put together itineraries, complete bookings with airlines, hotels and ground operators, and, if you've opted in, send you occasional travel ideas by newsletter. We do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Passing details to partners

Confirming a booking means sharing some traveller details with airlines, hotels, transport companies and embassies. We share only what's needed for the booking or visa in question, and expect our partners to treat your data with the same respect we do.

5. Cookies

A small set of cookies helps us remember your preferences and understand how the site is used overall. Turning cookies off in your browser is always an option — the site will keep working, though a few conveniences may disappear.

6. Your options

You're welcome to ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold on you, any time, by writing to contact@signaturesholidays.com. Anyone on our newsletter list can opt out from any email we send.
